The Wirt family approached Wiggins Group after purchasing a lot in Fleming Island (Clay County), eager to turn their vision into reality. The client had a clear idea for their new home, which included a pool and a screen enclosure.

The client had custom design requirements about the layout and flow of the home that needed to be incorporated into the build. Ensuring that the pool and screen enclosure were seamlessly integrated into the overall design of the home posed additional challenges.

Wiggins Group worked closely with the client to refine their ideas into a comprehensive design plan that met both aesthetic and functional needs. The design included plans to enhance the outdoor living experience while considering safety and comfort.
