The Morris family, a former client of Wiggins Group, purchased one of the townhomes from our inaugural multifamily project, the Retreat Subdivision. With a picturesque lot located by a lake, the yenvisioned creating a short-term rental to capitalize on the area’s appeal.

The client had specific ideas for the floor plan that needed to be translated into a workable design. Additionally, the short-term rental market is competitive, requiring a unique and attractive design to stand out.

We collaborated closely with the family to finalize a custom floor plan that aligned with his vision for the rental. We then managed the entire construction process, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.

The design focused on maximizing the lake view and providing amenities that appeal to short-term renters.

The project culminated in the successful construction of a short-term rental that not only met the clients expectations but also positioned them competitively in the rental market.
