Wiggins Group Custom Home Process
Joe Wiggins, our owner, personally connects with you to understand your home goals and how we can best support you on this exciting journey.
We work closely with you to develop your vision, including creating plans, aligning on architectural style, and identifying must-haves.
We walk your chosen lot with you or help you find one, discussing any location concerns. We also align on permitting, update the budget, and address other key considerations.
Over the next 8-12 months, we keep you involved and informed with bi-weekly updates. This phase includes breaking ground, framing, electrical placements, and selecting doors, cabinets, lighting, appliances, and more.
Before handing over the keys, we conduct a final walkthrough to ensure every detail meets your specifications. Then, we proudly welcome you to your new custom home.
