A family member inherited this property through a Will, located on Black Creek in a floodway. The lot contained an abandoned mobile home and an old pool, both in disrepair for years.

The property was situated in a floodway, requiring an environmental engineer to assess creek water flow and potential impacts of new construction. The existing structures were unusable and needed removal.

Wiggins Group purchased the property, taking on the project. We demolished and removed all existing structures, clearing the lot. We then designed a new home on piers to mitigate flood risks.

Commissioned a Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR) from FEMA to assess the proposed project’s impact on flooding.

Successfully transformed an abandoned, problematic lot into a site ready for a floodway-compliant home, addressing environmental concerns and regulatory requirements.
